⚠️ Compatibility Check
This kit is ONLY for upgrading older Aeron Classic chairs (Pre-2004) that currently have the Thumbwheel (round dial) arm adjustment. It is NOT a replacement part for chairs that already have factory flip levers, as the internal mounting points are different.
